I have read so many lists of great hair food that now I'm confused.  What is the best one food of all? Is there one? What is it? I know Karen Shelton eats a lot of Nori seaweed which she swears by for her hip length hair. It's hard to eat but once you get the hang of it and get used to the taste.....it's good. ------------- That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
