Black,indian, naturally wavy, in pretty good condition (just a few splits).
How much would it be worth? How much would I have to cut off?

Usually to sell your hair it has to be in 100% perfect condition.
At that point you may be able to get the best the market is currently offering which tends to vary with a lot of factors.
To sell your hair you usually have to cut it to very close to the roots. This is negotiable with the buyer of course but that is the most common requirement.
