Those hair ornaments are stunning, Diane.
Well, they do have a lifetime guarantee. That's something. I've never owned a barrette longer than a year or two.

I have about 30 expensive barrettes and some of them are about 20 years old. I find that the more we pay for them the less they will turn colour etc.
Lately I found this beautiful one in my own city that has rhinstones and I paid $150.00 for it. It has a cameo in the center with very old rhinstons around it and some that dangles. Its heavy and its very beautiful.
A few years ago I found a beautiful butterfly set on sterling silver with tons of rhinstons.

I LOVE those huge, gorgeous ornamented barrettes. Alas, my hair is very fine, and the weight of the barrettes pulls them right out. I need small, delicate ones.
I think cameos always look spectacular too.
Anyway, it's always a risk to order from an unfamiliar place, but that's how I've found the best stuff in my wardrobe. Tell us if you get them?
