today i wash and condition my hair. after when i detangled my hair with my wide tooth comb there seemed like to be more hair. it didn't feel like i was pulling just silde out with the comb. i mean it wasn't ALOT just more than usual. could it be because it's a new season? it seems like when a new season starts more hair comes out. should i take more msm? i take 1000mcg. ------------- http://www.msnusers.com/monicasanders - http://www.msnusers.com/monicasanders |

Animals blow out their coat for the winter, I don't know if people do or not!  If you have been under more stress lately, or something similar to that, it could definately be a cause. ------------- |

What's msm and where do you buy it? Is it hard to find, and is it expensive? Monica, what difference did you see after you started using it, and how long did it take to see results? What about biotin? Does anyone here use it as a supplement? Thanks all. Jean ------------- 3katz |

Monica, You might need to up your intake of supplements. Or add another to make your routine more well-rounded. Jean, MSM and other hair-related supplements can be purchased at most nutrition-related stores, GNC being a prime example. Happy shopping.  ------------- |
