As someone who has had a receding hair line for a number of years, I'm always interested in what the latest and greatest treatments are. To date we have rogaine and propecia as possible solutions to this problem. I have not actually tried either. Has anyone out tried these products and what have been your experiences with them. Jeff.

Hi Jeff,
I have been using Propecia for 1.5 years now and it has benefitted my hair in 3 ways: (1) It stopped my hairline recession, (2) It greatly decreased the number of fallout hairs, and (3) It has made my scalp less oily. This is my experience with the product.
Recent Rogaine ads claim that it "helps you keep the hair you have." Though I have never used it, that is what Propecia has done for me.
