I found there an interesting and in-depth article describing the patent for a treatment for hair/nail/claw/horn growth using fenbendazole. Looks like the patent was received about two weeks ago (filed in 1996). Curious, I did some searches for fenbendazole and found that it is widely available as worm medicine for livestock and pets.
