I used to have very thick hair. i stopped eating when I was 15 and off and on till 17. I lost lots of hair during that time. Now I'm well and have been eating a very healthy diet for 4 years and my hair is still shedding a little.Does anyone know about this problem and what I can do about it? Thank you Replies:
