At the age of 15, I had used forceps, pens to scratch my head to remove dandruffs.I don't know whether it was an after affect(hair loss). I started losing my hair by the age of 22. Now I am 31 .My hair loss came to a halt, when I started washing my hair daily in cold water. But my problem is the hair I lost is equally distributed, scalps are little bit clearly seen empty on the centre line. I started using Rograine (expects regrowth of hair) 2 weeks before. But most of the times it is itchy,especially if you are applying it without a hair wash. Does anyone has any suggestion for me? Is there anything I can do with the diet to improve the hair growth?
