Date Posted: April 07 2001 at 5:30pm 19/f here, losing my hair! I`m trying to be as gentle a possible, shampoo less, comb once a day, I even switched to herbal ALL NATURAL shampoo/cond. I take 12 vitamins a day now. Try to do the scalp massages. Anyway, Im wondering if going from medium layered to a short cropped will help those pesky traitors to stay in my head.
