I had hair additions put in by them years ago, and lost tons of hair as a result (they basically attach hair to your own hair and what happens is it pulls it out when the extensions are removed -- but they won`t tell you any of this!!!!) I was actually in a lawsuit with them for a while and they were totally unsympathetic and unreasonable. Awful people!!! Sondra ------------- milli bracone
