WOW! Thanks!  It took me about 2½ years to get my hair from shoulder length (about 18") to where it is now-waist length- 29½" I've had only a few trims in between. I believe vitamins work. But, do they make one's hair grow faster? I don't know. I just started taking vitamins in May(?). I'm currently taking biotin, glucosamine condroitin (for my knee) plus MSM, and a super omega vitamin. I went by the Morroco Method chart for length ( http://www.morroccomethod.com/lunar.html - http://www.morroccomethod.com/lunar.html ) Sept. 15, and trimmed ¼". I measured my hair Oct. 15 and noticed my hair had grown ½" since I measured on the first. My hair grew ½" in two weeks when it usually takes a month!
