Hi,
When I turned 33 (I am 35 now) my hair dresser noticed that I was thinning and actually going bald at the crown and just below that. I have always had a small spot of baldness due to an ilness as a child but it has spread. I have natural curly hair (which helps because the curls all around it can cover it and hide it) But lately I am getting more concerned about it. I started natural progesterone about 3-4 years ago and I thought that was suppose to make it better?? But not so in my case.

What are some of the things you do or take naturally to help this problem. I am interested in all replies. My email is above, please feel free to email me about it too.

Thanks
~Kristine~

Hi,

I posted my experiences with natural progesterone cream in another thread. Maybe my experiences might help. One thing I found was that I had to tinker with various products to find the best combination for me which included natural hormone cream, hair vitamins, essential fatty acids, MSM, thryoid meds and acupuncture treatments.

Thanks for your post.

Best wishes,
Karen
