It's even more pasted to her head now, so I wouldn't consider it an upgrade. I'd still have preferred more layers, more waves, something that gave it more volume and movement (at any length). Let's not get excited here...Liv's hair is still below her collar bone. She has done short hair, and well, it just doesn't work for her. Same here, when it was at its shortest. In my opinion, though, her grow-out stages were some of the worst in recorded history. :-/
