I am loosing hair for 2-3 years now , I had long hair for 3 years but 3 months I had to cut it because it was getting out of control. I am lucky because my hair is growing pretty fast without any vitamins but it got thinner too.
Because I was feeling bad I made some tests and I need to take a lot of calcium , vitamins , iron etc.
My hair is steel falling(from the ROOT) , when I wash it is even worst , my scalp is greasy but if I wash it every few days is ok .
Now I started taking these vitamins and supplements : calcium , soy protein , ginseng , B12 , folic acid , iron , I drink a lot of water and I try to eat what is good. I have vit. A and E too , and I am going to buy some hair vitamins , silica etc.
What other thing could be responsible for my hair loss , am I doing something wrong ?
The hair is already starting to grow but I dont want to have this problem anymore so I need your help. What can I do ?

It is me again
I just find out that a good remedy for hair loss is ricin oil . I e-mailed to my mom and she is going to send me some and another lotion from Gerovital H3 with vit A and E , ricin oil , H3
Many people are saying that it works very well , the hair stopped from falling and they even got new hairs growing .

Pay attention to one thing : too much vitamine A
can cause hair loss. Don`t exceed 10,000 UI a day.

Hi there.
I have the same problem. My hair too has been falling for some time. I concluded that it was nothing to do with what I was eating or my vitamins I take.
You can go to your doctor and get some blood tests done. It may be your thyroid. An under active thyroid can definitly cause hairloss.
