Ms. Milano is now (very) great with child #2. And, much to my bafflement, has just added extensions with a capital "E". A couple of days ago, she showed up at a press event for Project Runway with a giant topknot that couldn't have been created from solely from the strands of her recent shattered lob. The next day, she showed up at a book signing with the extra length in a ponytail. As you can see from the photos on http://www.gettyimages.com/Search/Search.aspx?contractUrl=2&language=en-US&family=editorial&assetType=image&p=alyssa+milano#" rel="nofollow - Getty , the length actually exceeds where it was a few months ago when she snipped it off back to her shoulders.
So, here's why I'm baffled. She cut it off short right at the beginning of her pregnancy (and while she was filming the new season of Mistresses). I can follow that as she may either have done it for the role, wanted it shorter for the pregnancy, or just decided she needed a change. However, now that she's well into the pregnancy, she adds serious extensions back it. It can't be for a role (due to the aforementioned pregnancy) and adding it just for Project Runway makes no sense. So I'm at a loss. Especially since this will take her back to the very long length she wore for several years before she first cut it back to a bob a couple of years ago.
I just don't get the timing of the extensions unless she's REALLY regretting the shattered lob.
