Both ladies have cut hair...

Maria cut what seems to be 4 or 5 inches off, and her hair seems to just graze the top of her shoulders.

Tori removed extensions, and trimmed her hair to just below chin length.

Both changes look great, IMHO.

Maria's looks fine. Not much of a difference in look to me despite the lost length because it's the same style (which to me never quite looked styled well and still doesn't).

On TV, they said Tori cut her own hair. Looks like crap, IMHO. I was expecting a bigger change on Maria, the way most of you were celebrating. Glad it wasn't that drastic.
