Just saw Spencer Locke, an American actress, in "NCIS" (season 9, episode 16). She had long straight brunette hair:
 Apparently, she's best known for her role as "K-Mart" in the "Resident Evil" film series.
 Today she's blonder yet. She's at left in the photo below on her mom's Facebook page:
