Have you seen Katy Perry's Lavender hair? In a recent photo she was shown with a sexy high ponytail with gorgeous lavender hair. 

How would I go about creating Katy's hair color for myself. Any ideas how she got this hair color?  Do you think it's Manic Panic or a similar brand?  Do you think her hair was bleached before the lavender was applied?  Or do you think it's colored extensions?
