Why is she upside-down? Is this a new haircutting technique? Does it make for a cleaner cut or better angle? And why would a "dare me" tease be needed from someone who's had short hair relatively recently, and who's never been a long-hair icon, but HAS been a short-hair icon? So much about celebrities I'm just not smart enough to understand.... OK, Katie, fine. I dare you. I double-dare you. I triple-with-a-cherry-on-top dare you. Never thought much of her and the latest pic does not help.
