I really like bangs on Sandra, and this before-and-after pic in which she ditches the plastered-to-her-head center part is the perfect example of why.

I'm bummed she lost the body and curls from the before pic -- why do bangs always come with straightened hair? -- but on balance I'll take it.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that women are afraid their hair will look too big with both bangs and curls. Maybe we should start an educational campaign against that line of thinking...
