ShockedMy advice is not to just cope with it, or you'll find your hair will become so stringy you won't be able to have any kind of decent hairstyle. Doctors are not very helpful as they don't specialise in this problem, and don't really have a clue. You may have an underactive thyroid, so get a test done, and test for hormone levels too. You could need extra iron, in the form of capsules. If you don't have any of these problems, then go to a hair clinic.

These conditions don't usually get better by themselves, and it will cause you such grief if you know you could have done something constructive earlier. If your hair is going through a resting phase, try; rosemary oil, mixed with lavender, bonded with almond oil. Use fingertips to dab the oil onto your scalp. This has been proved to prevent any more hair loss, and can re-grow hair in bald areas. (On women anyway)

If after the medical tests, trying the oil treatment for a month or so, without any results, you should go to the hair clinic. They may not be cheap, but your hair is worth you spending money on keeping it healthy. I'm sorry I don't know what caspa is, but if you know that is not a reason for hair loss, don't accept your condition.

Please tell me of any good results you have. Thanks and good luck!
