Missed this one; happened back in September with the first big change to a chin length bobish thing and then went shorter from there.

The second link goes to a Jet Blue page. I think she plays "the waitress" on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." Nothing against the haircut, except to say it shows more of her face. In this case, longer hair was best.
