This is nothing, I SAY AGAIN, nothing like "The Rachel." At best, it's a long lob. People wasn't the only magazine that jumped on this band wagon; most of them out there did.  FAKE NEWS!

Sorry, but I don't see it. Here's a description:

"The Rachel" is described as an intricate,  voluminous, feathered haircut that ends just shy of its wearer's collarbone, with "choppy layers, chunky blonde highlights, and a blown-out look".

This new cut is missing all the layers.  It doesn't look full at all.  It does look blown out. And she hated the "Rachel" haircut; I don't think she would have let him cut it again.
