I have decided to let my hair grow with the goal of letting it reach my hips. When I am not at work, I would like to wear it like "Nell" of "Allie McBeal". I am looking for suggestions on styling it for the work place as it gets long. I have to find styles that will keep is off my face and looking like your typical chemical engineer (at least from the front)
