I find that its best for spikey hair like mine. I have noticed though after dye`ing my hair and using the conditioner everyday that my hair is becoming really really damaged. It tends to dry out very quickly and is thinning out. I am only 20 and am starting to notice my scalp on the top of my hair. I dont dye my hair anymore. So i have a couple of questions... 1.) What can i do to restore my hair? 2.) What can i use to style my hair instead of conditioner, all other gels i`ve used leaves a really oily look to it which i dont want. 3.)
