Well,
Its time to get my highlights touched up again. I am in dire need of a trim also, as for some reason, my hair is splitting like crazy.

My husband had asked me before about getting it all one length, as opposed to the sides being tapered up a little. Well I told him today that I'm getting it trimmed next week and he asked me about it again. He loves my long hair, but would like to see it all one length.

The more I think of it, the better it is sounding. The splits that I have right now are all throughout the bottom, and just a basic trim wouldn't get them all. I'd probably lose maybe 2-3 inches in a blunt cut, but it would probably be for the best.

Is there anyone else here who gets that kind of cut done?

You have very beautiful hair. Whatever you decide will look great.

mine has always been cut blunt. The last time i had layers or feathering was in 8th grade. I hated it so much that I refused any such sculpting ever again. So its been blunt and I like it better.

Twanda,
Thanks I appreciate it.

Erinlynn,
I'm glad that you like. When my hair was much shorter I would fix it and it would help to style it better. I go in on Friday to cut it and get my highlights touched up.

I'll post again with a picture hopefully afterwards!
