The first thing to do is stay away from the scissors... take good care of your health and your hair (be gentle with it), exercise and try to maintain a good diet, supplement with regular once-per-day multi vit/mineral, and general supplements such as Hair boutique's own Hairtopia, GNC's ultranourishair, or specialized supplements such as biotin and silica (among many other possibilities).
