Hey guys. This is my first post here, although it might be a little advance. I mean, I`m sure a lot of you went for this look, and achieved it nicely, but it just ain`t workin` for me. So, I will tell you guys how my hair are, and could any of you please tell me, what I should use to get this look? Here it is:
My hair, are wavy for starters, wavy to the extent that they form medium `S`s. On top of it, they are very thick, because of which, I have two problems. One, they don`t fall down, once I comb them to one place, in other words... they don`t act so free or lively, as Tom Cruise`s in that movie. And the second prob is, since they are thick, they tend to form strange thick puffs on the side of my head. What should I do to get that look and behaviour?
To make my hair straight, I wanted to ask you guys, if using Wella`s hair straightening creme would work. If so, how strong should it be, and secondly, I heard that after it`s usage, and the effect getting weared off, the hair are damaged and don`t return to their normal or natural lively self, before using it, is that true?
As for the freeness of my hair, people tell me this is so, because my hair are thick and that they are not able to move from their slots. To solve this problem, I would like to stay away from any hair products, as I don`t to make my hair less, just to pull this look. Besides, if mother nature starts to make me bald, it will have these extra thick hair to chew up on. So, I decided that I should probably get my hair cut from under existing hair, so they don`t look as much as heavy, while me keeping them. If you have a better solution, or some hair product that is not to dangerous to my hair, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
Note: I`m new to this, so if you state any hair product`s name, please mention all it`s details so I could easily get it. Thanks again!
