I will say! This board is dead!
Have checked askmen.com message boards.
It is a cool site. Thanks for that.

The men here are on the extremes, Short hair or Long Hair.

Then there's askmen.com with their own tutorials that also range into the bizarre "How to shave your privates" ....... I thought the concept wasn't that hard to grasp, although the ow factor will always be there

I hate all of the following and lots more : Fundamentalists, racists, sexists, fascists, ageists (people saying seniors = senile , kids = stupid , 18 = immature or a combo of them), and bigots for causes yet to receive their own designation.

Hi guys,

I would love it if either of you or someone reading this post might consider volunteering to be a moderator for this men's hair board? I have toyed with killing it because it seems to ebb & tide in interest. Maybe I should just kill the men's board if there is no interest for it.

I am so appreciative of all the moderators that we have helping me keep the boards spam, troll and hacker free but obviously with 40 threads here at HB.com I can't cover all the boards all the time and keep them as active as I would like.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I am prepared to kill the board, add a mod if one will volunteer or change the topic thread if that would be helpful.

Thanks,
Karen Shelton

No need to kill the board, Karen, unless keeping it alive is a problem.

So the board is "dead." So what? If somebody wants to talk about men's hair here, they are welcome to do so. People are listening. Just look at the number of responses today alone.

Hi Dave,

Well yes it is active because the topic is...how dead it is. LOL. :-) Death, sex, taxes and reality TV will wake up any topic of conversation. Or yes..even.......plaid trousers.

Karen

I would recommend to just keep it hanging there.
It is nice to have a message board for men only. All the other message boards are for females.
Personally I like to come here every now and again and see what is up.
Please keep it if only for the sake of being politically correct

GOD BLESS THIS BOARD!!!

I've found the best site with the versatility of the bob style in a long time. My fiancee has this style and will be quite excited (I'm hoping inspired) to see someone else doing the same thing with his hair that he's trying to achieve.

Please don't get rid of this thread, it's been very informative. Try getting the word out. I found this site through google, so yay google, and hopefully we'll see this place around for a while!

Best Regards,

Crystal Lehner

In my opinion one reason this section doesn't get much traffic is that guys are welcome in other more specific sections. For instance I've been posting in the Long Hair Support section. They don't seem to care that I'm a guy.
