Ok first you want to crunch your hair with come good moose in. Make sure you don't put too much on the ends to weigh down the hair. The tip your head upside down and diffuse with a hair dryer attachment. It should be quite full and bouncey like in the picture but not frizzy!

Put your hair into a side parting quite far down- the most flattering parting is the centre of your eye.

If its a little frizzy use a little hair wax to dfine the curls.

Good luck!

I have same hair as yours...and I had this hairstyle back when I was 17-18...at this age, I didn't care so much about my hair...all I did was washing my hair once a week (with pert plus 2/1, normal hair, I think...) ...but u don't have to use a conditionner

Hope I helped

Also, I didn't use gel, mousse or wax, and I didn't blow-dry...but at this time, I was in Turkey, where the weather is perfect, and the water not damaging, so maybe u'll have to use some light pomade or something like that to define ur hair, but only if ur hair is dry or has flyaways

CONDITION IS IMPORTANT
you have curly hair. it needs moisture for it to bounce well and curl well.
Try using a mousse to style it. itdoesnt weigh your hair down
