Ive got a problem that I was hoping some of you could help with..
I have pretty dry and frizzy hair even though I condition my hair daily. I think this is probably because there was a long period in my life that I didnt use conditioner at all because I didnt know that I should.. I know it sounds stupid but I was young and I didnt pay much attention.
So now I condition every day and shampoo every other day or every other 2 days. My problem is.. The more I go without shampooing, the better my hair looks because it isnt so dry. Then I get the problem of dandruff and by the 2nd/3rd day of not shampooing it starts to get bad.
What can I do to help these both instead of one or the other? Thank you.

im not exactly experienced with hair but... not knowing n e thing about ur hair all i can say is ... Products can fix everything!
if you have problems with frizz...
after towel drying your hair, spray it lightly with some anti frizz product (the spray type) which should help close down the hair cuticle and add some natural shine (and help tame fly-aways).
then do whatever u normally do, maybie adding some wax or light gel to hold it in style

Have you tried Nizoral. I heard it works great on dandruff hair. You only have to use it for 3 days straight or something and your dandruff will be gone. Then just use it once a week to keep dandruff from appearing. Great isnt it.
Try to rinse your hair with vinegar. Vinegar can kill the fungus on your hair. After shampooing mix 1 part of vinegar with 3 parts of water and rinse. You can also try mouthwash. Mix 1 part of mouthwash with 6 part of water. Rinse

Dude,
You should Try Apple Cider Vinegar for the dandruff. Just massage some into your scalp in the shower for a few minutes. No dandruff!
Its cheap and works effectively.
Do a search on the internet if you don't believe me.
Good luck.
