Hm, I actually think there has been some discussion on the subject. I think all you need is a balanced diet. What makes you strong and healthy will make your hair strong and healthy. I have fastgrowing hair, and I attribute it to drinking lots of low-alcoholic beer, something I have done all my life.

Thank you for answering me Viktoria . Yes, it certainly is possible that thereīs already been discussion of this subject when there are already 32 pages discussion of long hair ... I didnīt read all the discussions but I didnīt find any comparison yet and I thought it could be interesting.

I know itīs most important to eat healthy, but I also believe that some supplements really can be an effective help. Iīve just been eating iron and multivitamins, and already that has helped me a lot -my hair stays in itīs place now :). (My english might be a little weak, sorry .) Until now in this forum I have learned that b-vitamins are important for hair. And amimo acids, MSM, Hair formula 37 ... letīs sea what Iīll find and can afford...

This is my first post on this board, but I have to make mention of my good results: I get good results with two nutrients: soy protein and a botanical blend named iNTRA; iNTRA is not awfully expensive. My hair grows a little more than an inch each month. I am so happy.

O yes exercise is a must as well. Exercise your body. It really helps with blood circulation. Best regards, Ana.

What nice responses!

Bowlhead: we can buy this lovely Canadian product only from distributors and I have just recently signed up too!
Tell me where in the USA you are and I shall direct you to a distributor okay. You are not obliged to buy ok!!!! You may also email me at my email address with your data okay. See what you do.

Helen: you're welcome; anything to help out is my pleasure as well ! Helen, with soy protein I mean the powdered protein made from the soy bean. Success.

Viktoria: this product - be it in liquid or in capsule form - is formulated with 23 individual botanical extracts. In my next post (tomorrow) I shall give you the phone number and email address of a distributor in Sweden to inform you more on the iNTRA product okay...?

Hi Helen,

Finland is supplied via both England and The Netherlands.

But best you start with emailing Anu Jaakkola. She works in UK's office. I give you her email address Helen: ajaakkola@lifestyles.net or phone + 44 870 787 5995.

Give her my distributor's number okay. It is NL-80-02240.

Helen you can buy either one liquid or capsule bottle of iNTRA ..... OR you can buy three bottles one time. Success!

Have a good weekend,
Ana (my fourth name; Anu knows me by my first name okay.)
