One more question ... does anyone know if caffeine is bad for hair growth?..

I sure hope not! But then again, most things are bad for you if you use them excessively, even basically good things. As long as you are happy and donīt hurt anywhere I wouldnīt worry.

From what I've heard, it is supposed to be a factor in *increasing* fallout. But, considering that I drink 20 oz of lightning strength coffee daily, and I have low fallout & take no vitamins, I think that it is entirely dependent on OTHER contributing factors, like stress. Hopefully others will chime in with their responses..
------------- My hair is almost to my knees (~50") and continues to grow longer. Rather slowly these days, but that's ok - it's still *growing*.

I actually recently read that thereīs MSM in coffee (and in tea and green vegetables) which benefits the hair growth.

Yep,what i read was that caffiene is not good for your hair and decreases the growing rate.But if that doesnt botther you you should be just fine.
