i wanted to know if there are any other wave patterns then just brushin the top-foward, the back and sides-down?

Yea some people brush the top of their head to the side/sides down/an back down

I found some old pictures of my dad with waves. He said he brushed the top backwards.

Yea I mean some people just want to try different styles in their hair.But I don't suggest doing it because it looks funny.The only person I let brush my hair in a circle is my barber because for some reason when he does it he makes my waves so much deeper and visible.
