Hi everyone: I am new to this group. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on growing hair. Has anyone had any success with any particular pills? or what is your hair routine that seems to work? special shampoos? hair brush? etc etc... My hair is about 2 inches shy of my elbows, at about where my bra strap lies. I would love to grow it down to my waist or even longer! It just seems that my hair stays stagnant at this length (when I cut off my split ends). I appreciate everyone's advice in advance. Thank you.

Welcome, Ashwini! Sounds like your hair is already long. Congratulations  Advice to coax some extra inches of split-end-free growth... let's see... how's your diet? And do you supplement with any vitamins/minerals/herbs? Do you blow-fry your hair? Do you detangle only with a comb?
