If you really want waves, 360's or just on top what you have to do is......................................................... GO TO JAIL!!! lol, thats funny...but thats where my brother developed his 360 waves....he used the little plastic sandwich bags they have and rubbed his hair to melt the grease and he said he just sat in his cell and brushed all day.
