Alright..I have a dilemma..I'm gonna give you a little history so if you just wanna know my question read the last paragraph.
About two years ago I had long hair and my friends told me I should perm it..so I ended up getting a perm and my hair looked amazing. Every person I met loved it and girls were all over me ( )..then it started to get out of control so I decided to shave it all off..
When I tried to regrow my hair it started growing very thin. Before my perm..I had very thick hair. The thing is..I want to regrow my hair again so I could curl it..I currently have a shaved head but I wanna grow it out and curl it again because it looked good on me..
So now I have two questions that I need to ask you guys..how can I make my hair grow like it used to (I mean thick & full) and is there a way to make your hair grow out curly? For example..rather then getting a perm when its long..is it possible to make it simply grow out curly?

Right now what you need to do is let your hair grow. Until it gets long, it won't look like it used to. If you've drastically changed your diet since then, you should go back to what you were eating before, as a diet deficient in protein and other nutrients can make a difference in quality, thickness, and rate of growth. But otherwise, there's not much you can do besides wait.
There's no way you can change your natural hair type from straight to curly. Maybe you can get another perm, but tell the stylist first what happened so they can do it different next time.

My diet has changed..but for the better. Since I started working out..I now eat more protein, eat vegetables, take a vitamin..etc..
Is there anything else that I can do to make my hair grow like it used to? I'm always forced to just shave my head cause it grows out so thin.

How long did you let it get before you shaved it?
Remember, it's up to you whether you want long hair. No one is forcing you to shave it. Lots of longhairs have thin and/or fine hair that looks good.

It got pretty big..in fact one time I let it grow so long that it was getting in my eyes but you could see that it was really thin and patchy..
