I know this might sound crazy, but I have been hearing that saffron (yes, the food) has some weightloss properties. I saw something on google plus and pinterest.
I really appreciate you taking the time to create such an in depth and useful thread. I find myself again looking for methods to lose weight. I have found in the past that my hair began to fall out and lose strength when I went on a diet because I lacked many of the vitamins and minerals I would need to keep my hair healthy. I have found a connection between the overall health and appearance of my hair and skin and my diet. When I don't eat enough of the right types of vitamins and minerals I find that my skin and and it has really helped. I am hoping that I can again find a diet that works without having to sacrifice the health of my hair and skin in order to do it.
