yep.. well the jumpy ones does. This forum has old software and putting all thoses smileys can lag up a computer badly. Since most ppl are on mozilla and off of Internet explorer.. it uses memory like ah *****. That said.. the computer has to use memory (your ram) and cpu power to make all dem jumpy green things jump. Lol nigga had lik 1421431 of dem..
