Hi, I've heard alot of positive things about B vitamins for hair growth. But could I be taking too much of it? I take 1 bee pollen capsule, 1 B complex tablet, and 1 prenatal vitamin every day. If there are any bad side effects I would really like to know. Thanks, Amber

> Hi Amber, B Vitamins are water soluble. Any extra passes through your urine and sweat so you don't need to worry about taking too much. The only vitamins that you need to monitor intake more closely are the fat soluble vitamins such as A as E (they can accumulate in your body if not used). A good way to monitor these are to take them 5 days and then skip them for 2. Hope this helps.
