Have any of you heard of or are taking Saw Palmetto to promote hair growth? If so what were the results and at what dose? All answers will be appreciated! Thanks

I have actually seen some information stating that it may stimulate hair tissue AND the reverse...That meaning that it does just the opposite and is used to treat hirsuitism ( abnormal hair growth ). I would suggest that you do some more research before starting a regime. Try doing a Internet search. Keep us posted.
