enough biotin?

please please please help a sista out!!!

 

okay ive purchased some biotin from the health store but its like only 0.300 mg, surely this is not enough to get me some growth!?

anyway i have a multi vitamin that i was thinking of taking in addition to the biotin which has 0.200mg of biotin (and recommneded to take 3  day)

 

so the Qu is = would the 0.300 be enough or should i accomodate it with the multi-vits (if so how much 3 day?)

Also what amount do you take to see results? what is 0.300mg equilivant in mcg??

I take 2.5mg (2,500mcgs) daily. 0.3mg is equal to 300mcg. I have been taking it for a little over a month and I got about 3/4 inches of growth I usually get a little less than 1/2 inches. I am also thinking about upping my dose to 5mg next bottle I buy.
Hair Type: 4a/3c Natural
Hair Length: Mid Back (growing out Layers)
Hair Goal: Long Layered Waist length/ Super Healthy!

SimplyAlex I am so bad at math I never understood the differance b/w mcg and mg    I am glad you explained it
