I am 100% puerto rican and I want to know if I can get waves?? When my hair is long I rock a curly afro but when I get a dark cesar my hair gets mad strait.  So do I got a shot at gettin those spinnas or what?? any help would be appreciated.

Frizzle is mixed, they may hay different hair textures. But in order for you (latnexprs) to get waves you may have to maintain a high cut. If it curls when it's high then the cuts that you are getting may be too low.
