If you really want waves, 360's or just on top what you have to do is.........................................................

I'm telllin you, everybody that been in jail got the best waves

Maybe they got alot of time on they hands so they can brush all day long

lol, thats funny...but thats where my brother developed his 360 waves....he used the little plastic sandwich bags they have and rubbed his hair to melt the grease and he said he just sat in his cell and brushed all day.

But you're right..they don't have **** else to do. Not a tip I would follow, but funny noneoftheless,lol
