I tested out the Artec's Smoothing shampoo/conditioner last night and I agree with Karen that is great. It did to my hair just what the name says.. smoothe.. My hair is soft and very manageable. No tangles. Maybe the ones who have tried Aveda and are not satisfied would find this product satisfactory.. and you can get both the shampoo and conditioner for under 20 bucks. It does not have a perfumey smell like Aveda or Nature's Gate. I believe Nature's Gate leaves your hair even more scented than Curessence, this product does the nice job of making your hair soft but not with a heavy perfume smell. It's well worth trying out..thumbs up.. thanks Karen.. Cher

Cher...You are welcome. :-) Jeff ran out of the initial Artec Smoothing and conditioning that I gave him to try. Well had a lot of Aveda left..so I told him to use that instead. He grumbled the next day about how much he liked the Artec better.I do too. When I use the Artec Smoothing shampoo and the Aveda Curessence conditioning with Curessence spray my hair is like satin. It gleams. I can't keep my hands off of it.:-)Karen> I tested out the Artec's Smoothing shampoo/conditioner> last night and I agree with Karen that is great.> It did to my hair just what the name says.. smoothe..> My hair is soft and very manageable. I was wondering if anyone out there has tried the ARTec color-enhancing shampoos and conditioners (specifically the red ones). Also, how does the smoothing shampoo work on curly hair?Just curious, LoriP.S. You can get the ARTec products at the World Wide Beauty Store. It's under Karen's links.> I tested out the Artec's Smoothing shampoo/conditioner> last night and I agree with Karen that is great.> It did to my hair just what the name says.. smoothe..> My hair is soft and very manageable. Hi Lori,Here is my scoop on the ARTec color-enhancing shampoos. I tried both the Lemon Flower and Sunflower and it made my hair very dry. I was bummed out because I love the effect of the Aveda Chamomile blonding on my hair.Well I was in a Dallas salon recently and they carried Artec. The woman behind the counter was commenting on my hair and I told her I loved ARTec products. Well she then said...hey why don't you try the Lemon Flower shampoo. I told it it made my hair really dry and felt horrible. She told me that the product was DESIGNED to be mixed with Artec's Kiwi shampoo and should not be used straight strength. So I tried it with about 1/3 Lemon Flower to 2/3rd Kiwi and it was a big improvement. I think that I will try different combinations of mixture. I am also going to try the Lemon Flower mixed with the Smoothing Shampoo too. It is so awesome. For anyone else reading this...you can buy all the ARTec products at WW Beauty Store. I just LOVE that place.Karen> I was wondering if anyone out there has tried> the ARTec color-enhancing shampoos and conditioners> (specifically the red ones).
