I am leaving for Seattle really soon and I need to know this today. I have hair that is medium brown in color, and I would like to use Clairol Natural Instincts (Level 2) to change my color to a medium red. I also must add that I have used hair lighteners. My questions are, is there any way that this product can damage my hair? What possible unexpected color results could occur? Thanks a bunch for your swift reply.
Sorry I could not reply to your post the same day, but I just got back to town myself. I love natural instincts and have never had a problem with it damaging my hair. I don't know what kind of lighteners you have used but Clairol has a hotline you can call with questions like that.
