Shakira seems to be a lot shorter in these new photos--but personally, I like it. Love the mingled dark and blonde.

She is so cute.  I would love to know what her stylist does with the color.  It appears to break a bunch of hairdressing "rules", but it looks fabulous.

     Anybody have any ideas about the pattern of color?

Fatmoogas, How you can justify a topic titled "Shakira.....short!" followed by the photos posted is beyond me. Thanks for all your other very useful info but this is pure ridiculous.

 So where are the photo's of shakira with short hair  . She does'nt look any different from the way she has always looked .

Well maybe she got rid of dead ends? It's still long not as long to get butt. But still long. It could have been shorter.

It does look shorter than it used to be. :::Sighs, I wonder how many eons it would take for my hair to grow like that?::: Anywho I found a nice pic that shows how long it used to be.

ya long hair is awsome. but look at all the breakage she had. The cut was definately in order. All the bleach was starting to make it look like a frizz ball. But I guess a yellow frizz ball is better than a black one. lol, a little less witchy. Anyways, her color is looking much better these days with the brown running through it. Would you consider her new color to be cool, warm, or nuetral?

Yeah, I agree, her color is looking much better these days. I think the new color is a cool? I always thought of her as being warm but the color makes her seem quite cool... At any rate, she's the perfect example of how some people look awesome with any hair color.

Mike, you're thinking of Brigette Nielson. I thought the same when I saw the pic. The dark short hair pic looks like a cross between Winona Ryder and Annie Lenox.
short is good, buzzed is better, bald is best!!!

I think she would look good with the brown pixie ^_^ .  *loves pixies*  Unfortunately, as curly as her hair seems to be, it would more likely turn out an afro if she went that short :-( .  Or is she permed?  I dunno much about her, really.
