it seems like as long as you don't say "it'll turn your hair into strands of gold" you can say anything in a hair commerical. Actually I think that Brilliant Blonde shampoo comercial says the bit about strands of gold so nevermind. You can say anything!
I once saw a bumper sticker that said:
"I slow down for brunettes, stop for
blonds, and back up for redheads!"

Nice article! I always suspected vitamins in shampoos and conditioners were a waste of ingredients. I have to say that when I bought pantene, it was because I liked the way it made my hair feel, and not because I believed their claims. I wonder if anyone really believes the claims of any product these days?

Very interesting. I've often felt that most advertising claims on shampoos and conditioners were hype.

Years ago I subscribed to Consumer Reports. Someone sent in an ad they had clipped. There were remarkable claims, and it said, "(something like) Not a scientific discovery, a marketing breakthrough!


Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
