Anyone heard of UDO oil?

Haven't tried udo, but about the flax oil - that's actually better for your hair if you eat it (like on salads) than if you put it in your hair. It goes rancid so fast you actually have to store it in the fridge, but it has stuff in it that's good for you (so likewise, good for your hair).

I heard UDU oil is good for your hair, especially when used with cottage cheese? Also Flax oil is good too although not as good as Udo. I was just wondering if anyone has used it before?
