"Grow hair in 12 weeks" is great (http://riquette.com/hair-scalp.htm). Just the hair & scalp shampoo got most of my hair back. I was loosing it all over but mostly on the back of my head. It know it's devastating at times. The shampoo's are cheap to make. Riquette (women who wrote the book)is incredible. Also I bought the Fabao 101D (www.fabao.com). Pricey, but seems to be working with the hair & scalp shampoo. Be well,Mark
